A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance due in 30 days

Any reservations made within 45 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking

For ASA certifications there is a $175 add-on for each certification to cover study materials and certification costs
Other Costs and things to consider:

Additional costs for your trip will include airfare and transportation to the boat (You can fly into St. Thomas (STT) and take the ferry to Tortola then taxi to the boat, or fly directly into Tortola's Beef Island airport (EIS) and taxi to the boat.)

There are entry and exit fees to the BVI - $20 and $10 respectively

Provisioning (Food and Beverages) will be split among the crew. We will typically buy enough for breakfast and lunches aboard, and enough for 3-4 dinners to cook aboard. Most crews elect to dine ashore 3 or 4 nights during the week. (plan on $50-100 per day per person depending on how many times you choose to dine ashore)

The captain and crew run the boat. Since we are not a fully crewed charter everybody pitches in as they can. Whether it is cooking, cleaning up after meals, keeping things tidy onboard, working sails, picking up a mooring ball or lowering/raising the anchor, etc. Nothing extravagant, but the boat is our home for the week, and pulling together it will be a fun and amazing week for all aboard!
